- Character is fundamental to leadership
- Experience is fundamental to leadership
- Leadership behavior requires ministry Audits

Chapter 2:11 God’s Spirit makes the church relevant
- The purpose of gifts is to build the body
- God’s calls us to join his spirit in his mission for the church
- The Gospel never changes while the methods change all the time

- Our mission is always focused on Jesus
- It is not about me
- Jesus Christ has two Bodies

- Good Deeds =Good Will= Good Disciples
- This brings us back to changed Communities
